If you want a guaranteed long term lease on your property, we work with social housing and care providers around the country to facilitate this. In some cases we will also invest in your property to bring it up to our providers standards. Leases are typically between 3-10 years.

We also work with investors to purchase properties for our providers. We will analyse the feasibility of each scheme in accordance with the types of properties we have demand for.
